Mrs. Renaud-Cela holds a Bachelor in Arts and Sciences with a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Saint Louis University (Saint Louis, MO, 1997), a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law (2000), and a Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in Environmental Law and Energy from Tulane University School of Law (New Orleans, LA, 2001).
Mrs. Renaud-Cela is a Special Counsel at TCM and a member of the firm’s Environmental & Natural Resources Law Practice Group. She counsels clients on environmental permitting and compliance issues under local and federal natural resources and environmental laws and regulations, land use and planning, and business law matters. In addition, she has litigation experience in civil, administrative and commercial claims.
As a law student, Mrs. Renaud-Cela was the President of the Environmental Association (E.D.U.C.C.A.). She is currently a member of the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association’s Environmental Committee.
Mrs. Renaud-Cela is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Mrs. Renaud-Cela is also a notary public in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
