Mr. Dick-Biascoechea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico (2006, Rio Piedras Campus); a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law (2010, UPR), and a License in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho) from the University of Barcelona, Spain (2010). As a law student, Mr. Dick-Biascoechea was an editor of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review and member of the Law Student Council.
Mr. Dick-Biascoechea is an associate at TCMR&S, where he currently concentrates on Civil & Commercial Litigation, Business, and Administrative Law. Prior to joining TCMR&S, Mr. Dick-Biascoechea worked as a law clerk and attorney in various law offices, where he concentrated on a wide arrange of legal issues, including commercial and labor litigation, bankruptcy, immigration, FDIC takeovers, antitrust, tax, estate, expropriations, and securities law.
Mr. Dick Biascoechea is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (2011.)
