Mr. Estrella-Arteaga holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts in Justice Systems from Sacred Heart University (Magna Cum Laude, 1997), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico (2000).

Mr. Estrella is a senior associate at TCMR&S’ Labor and Employment Law Practice Group. Prior to joining TCMR&S, Mr. Estrella worked in the Labor Law Firm of Curbelo, Baerga & Quintana, and prior to that at the Litigation Department of the law firm of McConnell Valdés.

Mr. Estrella has significant experience in the litigation of labor and employment claims on behalf of companies represented by our firm in local and federal courts, as well as in all other types of labor and employment law litigation. He also provides advice and guidance to clients in numerous issues relating to human resources and employment law matters in day-to-day operations. He is also involved in representing clients before administrative agencies such as the Conciliation and Arbitration Bureau of the Department of Labor, the EEOC, the Antidiscrimination Unit of the Puerto Rico Department of Labor and before the National Labor Relations Board and handles appellate practice and procedure.

He is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Estrella is also a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Association of Labor Relations Practitioners.
