Ms. Feliciano holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences and Philosophy (Magna Cum Laude), from the University of Puerto Rico (Mayagüez Campus, 2000), and a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude), from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, School of Law (Ponce, PR, 2003). As a law student, Ms. Feliciano-Ruiz was Editor of the law review “Revista de Derecho Puertorriqueño”, and member of the Phi Alpha Delta, Law Fraternity.

Ms. Feliciano is an associate at TCMR&S, where she currently concentrates on corporate and real estate issues, commercial and civil litigation, support work in federal civil litigation and appellate practice, as well as administrative and banking law matters. She handles collection and foreclosure cases for major financial institutions, as well as administrative, real estate and business litigation. Ms. Feliciano is also actively involved in major financial and real estate transactions, including but not limited to estate finance.

As a law student, Ms. Feliciano was a judicial clerk at the Superior Court (Ponce, Puerto Rico) and also clerked at the U.S. Army Staff Judge Advocate Office, (Fort Lee, VA). Prior to joining TCMR&S, Ms. Feliciano was an associate at the Litigation Department of Partners Legal Services, PSC, and prior to that an associate at Lampón & Associates.

Ms. Feliciano is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She is also a member of the Business Law and Litigation sections of the American Bar Association, and a Director at the “Red de Mujeres Empresarias y Profesionales”, of the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of “Jóvenes de Puerto Rico en Riesgo, Inc.”
