Ms. Figueroa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Relations from the University of Puerto Rico (Magna Cum Laude 2002, Rio Piedras, PR), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law (J.D. Magna Cum Laude 2005, UPR).

Ms. Figueroa is an associate at TCMR&S, where she currently concentrates in Commercial Litigation before local and federal courts, and ALC proceedings at government administrative agencies. Prior to joining TCMR&S, she worked in various distinguished law firms as well as in the public sector. Her practice includes civil and commercial litigation, warranty and products liability, distribution and franchising, and securities arbitration. She also has experience in counseling and representing Employers in connection with harassment and employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, and other employment related matters.

She is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Ms. Figueroa is a member of the Federal Bar Association (Federal Litigation and Labor and Employment Law Sections) and the Puerto Rico Association of Labor Relations Practitioners.
