Mrs. López holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication from the University of Puerto Rico (Río Piedras Campus) (Magna cum laude, 2001), and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law (Magna cum laude, 2006).  

Mrs. López is an associate assisting clients in Business, Corporate, Real Estate and Entertainment Law issues. She has been actively involved in a wide variety of entertainment industry transactions (music, film, television and internet industries), drafting shareholder agreements, by-laws, independent contractor agreements, screenplay option agreements, film financing documents and development agreements with the Puerto Rico Film Corporation (pursuant to incentives available under the Puerto Rico Film Industry Development Act). Mrs. López also participates in real estate sales and acquisitions, revising financing agreements, due diligence documents, asset purchase agreements and commercial leases. She also handles matters related to landlord/tenant and general administrative land-use issues for clients in the telecommunications, industrial and commercial industries.

Prior to joining TCMR&S, during her law school years, Mrs. López clerked at the law firm of Carlos Alberto Ruiz, C.S.P., where she conducted supporting work in civil and commercial litigation. Her enthusiasm for the entertainment industry derives from her years as assistant producer for televised, promotional and special events at Luis Santiago Productions, Inc., and as general producer at JB Media Group, Inc. (Channel 22 WXWZ) a low power regional broadcast television station.

Mrs. López is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the US District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the U.S Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.
