Mr. Mullet holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI)(1987), and a Juris Doctor (Summa Cum Laude) from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law (1993). Mr. Mullet is a principal in our firm's Environmental and Natural Resources Law Practice Group. Prior to that he was a member of the Environmental Law Practice Group of McConnell Valdés.

Mr. Mullet counsels clients on compliance and permitting matters under Puerto Rico and United States environmental, occupational, health and safety laws and regulations as well as on issues in connection with the environmental review process, hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, water franchises, underground storage tanks, underground injection facilities, biomedical wastes, superfund, land use, planning, and construction law. He also represents clients before the EPA, the EQB, P.R. Planning Board, the Rules and Permits Administration (ARPE), the Appeals Board for Constructions and Subdivisions, and the DNER, and in litigation involving regulatory agencies before the local courts, the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Mr. Mullet has also been involved in numerous commercial real estate transactions.

He is admitted to practice in the courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
