Our team assists clients with labor and employment law issues inside and outside of the courts

TCM's Labor & Employment Law Practice Group counsels and represents employers in connection with Federal and Commonwealth labor and employment law issues and cases. Our services include:

• Negotiation of collective bargaining agreements
• Unfair labor disputes and cases before the National Labor Relations Board and the Commonwealth Labor Relations Board
• Local and Federal "wage and hours" calculation, disputes and cases
• Discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination claims at Federal and Commonwealth courts
• Arbitration cases involving collective bargaining and termination of employment
• Advice in labor policy, regulatory and legislative affairs
• Drafting and implementation of employment manuals and policies
• Employment releases and termination
• On-site workshops and seminars on labor and employment law matters
• Employer representation at the Conciliation and Arbitration Bureau of the Department of Labor, the Office of Mediation and Adjudication (OMA) of the P.R. Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Antidiscrimination Unit of the P.R. Department of Labor and National Labor Relations Board, and Federal and Commonwealth Courts
