Mrs.
Van Kirk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French
from Tufts University (Medford, Mass)(1982) and a Juris Doctor
(Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law
(2002).
Mrs.
Van Kirk is Special Counsel at TCMR&S, where she currently
represents clients in civil and commercial litigation, as
well as in administrative and commercial claims initiated
by local and federal agencies. She also provides support in
aspects related to business, corporate and real estate law
matters and Trademark Law. Before joining TCMR&S, Mrs.
Van Kirk held the position of senior litigation paralegal
at the San Juan law firm of O'Neill & Borges.
Mrs.
Van Kirk is admitted to practice law in the courts of the
Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and U.S. District Court for the
District of Puerto Rico. She is also fluent (verbal &
written skills) in French and Italian.
