Mr. Del Toro holds a Bachelor of Arts, with a concentration in Film and Video Studies from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor (2004), and a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law (2014).

Mr. Del Toro is an Associate at TCM where he concentrates in corporate, civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property (copyright and trademark), real estate, consumer affairs, labor and employment, estate planning, administrative practice, and entertainment law. Prior to joining TCM, Mr. Del Toro lived in Los Angeles, California between 2004 and 2011, where he worked various jobs in the software and entertainment industries. In 2012, he served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Marcos López in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. During law school, Mr. Del Toro was Associate Editor of the Law Review of the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where he authored and published an article on the fair use defense titled “Application of the Fair Use Limitation within the Dualist Copyright System,” 48 Rev. Jur. U. Inter. P.R. 259 (2014). 

Mr. Del Toro is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Division, the Puerto Rico Notary Association, and the Puerto Rico Bar Association.

Mr. Del Toro is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Mr. Del Toro is also a notary public in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
